As per previous verbal agreements, with the present and with immediate effect, the writer appoints Carlos Rodrigues Dias, to the post of General Secretary W.F.F. Karate Sports, and representative, effective member of Portugal Amikale for W.F.F. Karate Sportsman.
The appointment will be formalized by the Governing Council in the next World program in Romania in November 2017.
